Personalized medical weight-management care with ongoing follow-up, medication management, nutrition and lifestyle guidance, routine lab review, and support throughout treatment. When medically appropriate, your treatment may include prescription weight-management medications, including GLP-1 therapies.
Wellness Membership: $99/month
Member semaglutide pricing starts at $119, billed separately from membership.
The $218 starting figure combines the $99 monthly membership with medication starting at $119; it is not an all-inclusive monthly package. New patient enrollment is $99. Medication price and billing depend on the dose, quantity prescribed, pharmacy pricing, and availability. Our office will confirm your complete costs before treatment.
